Willing Blindness: - OSS Complaints handling procedures Research Study No 37 by Richard Moorhead, Sarah Rodgers and Professor Avrom Sherr of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, London. Available from the Law Society for £10 plus £1 p&p.The Report disclosed the appalling way complaints were being dealt with at the OSS. Richard Moorhead, head of the Institue, called for a champion of legal services users.

The library in the Royal Courts of Justice is open to members
of the public. The staff are helpful and it is an excellent
library for law books. It is in the block behind the main
building.
Clerks to the Courts have been found to be helpful with regard to procedure when preparing for the taxation of bills.
Members have also found the CASIA news letters, which average four a year, to be helpful.
